Program Overview

The Player Development program of IS provides a professional, dedicated and knowledgeable Soccer instructor to work with your players on a regular basis.

An instructor can offer much more than someone to simply run practices – they will utilize a range of soccer specific coaching methods and implement a wide reaching program to ensure the development of each player at your team.

Development Focus

Working closely with your current coaches the instructor will help focus players on developing their mental, technical and tactical strengths. The team’s players shall be the key teachers and evaluators at each session and will be pushed to provide answers, encourage and teach teammates and to constantly display their newly acquired knowledge.
